# SOL LEWITT / SOUND IS GEOMETRY — original v9 score

Local web adaptation of the supplied SOL LEWITT first feel 28 ways to feel v9.txt. No publication. Independent study inspired by Sol LeWitt; not an official artwork.

original-v9.strudel.txt preserves the complete supplied code. score-v9.js extracts its geometry and musical functions into an editable module. Formulas, instruments, parameters, harmony, bass, TR808 patterns, masks, intersections and scene arrangement are retained. Only REPL painting and $: labels are replaced by the web transport. app.js queries the real Strudel pattern and schedules its events using the AudioContext clock shared with animation and Live Code.

Pair order: 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 2/3, …, 7/8. Four bars per pair, 16 notes per geometric voice per pair. 112 bars at 112 BPM = 240 seconds. Final chord release may continue after the displayed ending, as specified in the original.

Nine orbits: cello (2), warm pad (3), harmonic triangle field (4), bass (5), TR808 kick (6), backbeat (7), hats (8), final chord (9), intersection vibraphone (10). JSON editing exposes the original five master settings; Apply & Restart recompiles the real score. For deeper changes edit score-v9.js. Live Code displays the resolved values of current geometric events, separately from the native Strudel editor.

Official Strudel 1.3.0 / SuperDough is vendored in strudel.js. GM voices use local FluidR3 GM samples rather than the REPL soundfont extension; timbre can differ from another REPL sound bank. GM samples: https://github.com/gleitz/midi-js-soundfonts/tree/gh-pages/FluidR3_GM . TR808 samples are the default first samples from https://github.com/ritchse/tidal-drum-machines . All audio assets are local.
